Overall it looks like you'll make a good beer (though the measured/estimated OGs and FGs has me a bit confused.... what are you actually shooting for?)

But if I may, here are a couple suggestions. Take 'em or leave 'em :)

- Victory and Crystal 80L are going to be completely unnoticable at 4% of the grist each. Consider dropping some 2-row for a bit more of those two

- You don't need so much roasted barley if you're adding coffee to the boil as well as at bottling. Considering lowering it to 6oz or so.

Thanks for the input! I'm not sure what the deal is with the measured/estimated, something went haywire with Beer Calculus. I am planning to operate with the estimated OG/FG in mind.

Ah, gotcha. The "measured" numbers could be just the default values Beer Calculus fills into those slots. BeerSmith does it, too.

Yup, looks like those were the defaults. Fixed it. Here's a tweaked recipe.

Brewing up ahead of the Super Bowl (tm) on Sunday. Thinking we should call it "Breakfast of Champions" or "Stupor Bowl Stout". Thanks for the guidance!
