I have been doing some digging to replicate a Bohemian Pilsner true to style in the region. With many of this region specific styles you need to get the same malt they are using. From my digging, I believe the proper malt would be grown in the Hanna region? Is this correct? If so, what name would I find it under because I'm drawing blanks on grains grown in Moravia because Coors patented a malt called Moravian Malt, and the Hanna search is ending up empty as well.

Am I on the right track?

Cheers,
Scott

Hanna is Czech or Bohemian baley I believe. Wyermann markets a Bohemian Pilsner malt made from Hanna barley. It's excellent and probably your best bet.
