had a few leftovers and felt like making a brew. guess its basically a pale ale. any thoughts on if it will be decent?
3.3lb Wheat LME
3.3lb Light LME
1lb Crystal 10L steeped at 155ish for 30min
1oz Centenial 60min
1oz Centenial 15min
1oz Centenial Flameout
2oz fresh orange peal boiled for 15min
wort was much darker than I expected (still pretty new to all this) smelled great though. OG was right about 1.048 right where beer smith said it would be.
