Brewed my first wheat beer 3 weeks ago. OG=1.063 using safbrew wb06 yeast. Took a sg reading 2 weeks in @ 1.014. Airlock still has activity. Just took another sg and still @ 1.014 a week later. My question is that I still have airlock activity, and is it safe to bottle it? It tastes good although a little bland compared to all the big IPAs I have brewed.

If you still have airlock activity, then I would continue to wait. When the activity stops, take a reading 3 days in a row, and if there is no change in the gravity, then bottle.
