What could be a better way than to start off the new year by brewing beer?
I've got a belgian wit boiling away, 50 more minutes to go. I'm going to make a fruity beer and add about 5 pounds of satsuma mandarin oranges (tangerines) later on. They are home grown so I'm really excited with this batch. Happy new years everybody!
