Salutations!
I'm what you might call a side-line brewer. I'm in the cooking/gardening/merchandise department of our little operation. I'm in charge of all things artwork related, including labels, t-shirts, stickers and otherwise. I occasionally help out with the brewing - measuring hops and staring into that big beautiful boil pot. But for the most part I'm there for moral support, random comments and to bring food for hungry brewers.
(Last brew day I made a stout cheese fondue. My current favorite beer recipe is a chocolate stout cupcake with cream cheese icing...)
And just curious - how long does it take for a post to be approved? I'm beginning to think that my first post was eaten up by the internet monster. edit: nm, I looked again after writing this intro and the post was there. Awesome.
