I am trying to brew another pale ale recipe, and ran across this recipe and thought it might be good. And I already have half of the ingredients on hand.
Widmer Hop Jack Clone

Ingredients
2.00 lb Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 23.39 %
3.30 lb Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract 38.60 %
1.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) Grain 17.54 %
1.00 lb Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) Grain 11.70 %
0.50 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 5.85 %
0.25 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 2.92 %
0.50 oz Williamette [4.90 %] (60 min) Hops 7.9 IBU
0.75 oz Cascade [8.30 %] (60 min) Hops 20.1 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (10 min) Hops 6.4 IBU
0.50 oz Centennial [9.30 %] (2 min) Hops 1.3 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (2 min) Hops 0.7 IBU
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs California Ale (White Labs #WLP001)
Est Original Gravity: 1.045 SG
Measured Original Gravity: 1.010 SG
Bitterness: 36.4 IBU
Est Color: 12.8 SRM Color: Color
The only thing I can see is that the Original Gravity is low. What do you guys think?
