New to the forum, but have lurked a bit since stumbling across it around Christmas time. I've made a successful one gallon batch of hard cider and I've got another one gallon of C.J.J. Berry's "Instant" Grapefruit Wine recently bottled, but not drinkable yet, sitting in my kitchen.
I'm planning to move into beer brewing after a few more successful and larger batches of cider and simple wine are under my belt. And after I pick up a cook pot and wort chiller to finish out my basic brewing equipment list.
There seems to be a wealth of knowledge here. I'm looking forward to digging way through a ton of back and current threads.
