Recently I began the journey to an all grain 10Gal system after brewing 5gals partial mash for a bunch of years. My last brew (2nd all grain 10gal) I decided to try and use the yeast from my previous batch. I didn't really know what I was doing but I searched and searched and you guys helped out a great deal. I have 2- 5gal buckets bubblin now. One was pitched with a smack pack and the other used the yeast from my previous batch so I could compare results. So now I'm going to start keeping jars in the fridge with the different yeast strains I have brewed with so I can save some $$. This is the exciting part for my poor a$$. :)
THANKS!!! :mug:
