I have a Rye Pale Ale that is ready to be bottled and I'm heading out of town for the next week for the holidays.
I'm debating with myself on whether or not to bottle it up or let it sit in the secondary a week longer. I'm leaning towards bottling so I can drink it sooner. I haven't let a batch sit this long in secondary before and I'm also curious to see what impact it has on flavor. But I'm lazy too and letting it sit is way easier.
Anyone have suggestions?
