It gets really hot where I live (So Cal) and I was wondering if I'm going to need to consider that when I brew this summer. I'm thinking the best place at my house might still be in the low 80's.

better get some temperature control, a swamp box, a temp controller and a freezer, something. that high a temp is going to make terrible beer

I wouldnt even bottle conditon at those temps.Youll either need to manage those temps or not brew in the summer.Unless you want to brew belgian beers all summer. I would get some kind of spacious freezer and a temp control to ferment and store your bottles if you dont keg.
