I have all this stuff what should I make?

Grain
Sack of pale malt
sack of white wheat

Hops
Us Goldings
Hallertau
Willamette
Columbus
Fuggle
Centennial

Yeast (all white labs)
Mexican lager
Australian Ale
California 5
London ale
Cream ale

Any recipe ideas would be great!

Looks like you could make an ESB, pale ale, IPA... basically, lighter brews with hops :). I'd go with a simple IPA, myself: pale malt, maybe .25-.5lb white wheat (if desired), columbus for bittering, centennial/willamette for flavor/dryhop. California 5 for yeast.

Maybe a hefewizen hybrid or something or I might be trying to hard to make what I have work without a trip to the HBS.
How about:
5lbs wheat
12lbs pale
2 oz hallertau
1 oz Columbus
Cali V yeast

Just thinking out loud any suggestions?
