Im planning on making a Parsnip wine with 3lb of parsnips and 250ml of grape juice concentrate and was wondering if adding honey would b a good idea?

You can if you want. Honey and parsnips go hand in hand. It would be a melomel, or a cyser. :)

Parsnip wine does sound...unusual though.

Parsnip wine is an english classic, great flavour, not as strange as it sounds!

Honey and parsnips go hand in hand. It would be a melomel, or a cyser.

Melomel is a mead made with fruit. Cyser is a type of melomel made with apples.

I had to look it up, but I believe honey and parsnips would be a: Rhyzamel (RISE-uh-mel) - mead made with root vegetables.

Then again, honey and grape is a pyment. So, parsnip, grape, and honey would be a ????? Pyrhyzamelment???? My head hurts.
