This is my first attempt at making my own recipe and any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
Recipe Type: All Grain
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale 1084
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.5
Original Gravity: 1.057
Final Gravity: 1.015
IBU: 17.6
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 16.4
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10ish days
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 -10 days
Irish Red
Grains

9 lbs Marris Otter
1 lb Briess 2-row Carapils
.25 lbs Simpsons Roasted Barley
.25 lbs Biscuit
Hops
-----------------------------------------------
1 Oz Fuggles pellets @ 60 min
1 Oz Goldlings, East Kent pellets @ 15 min
Mash at 154 degrees for 60 mins, fly sparage. Should get around 85% eff.
