Help With Regulator Parts Please!!!

Here is what i have:

1st regulator
-left to tank(left hand threaded)
-bottom to barb and gas tubing to keg
-top to pressure gauge
-right to volume gauge, but i want it to go to another regulator(left hand threaded 1/4 inch npt)

2nd regulator
-top to pressure gauge
-bottom to gas tubing
-right is regular thread 1/4 inch npt
-left is regular thread 1/4 inch npt

3rd regulator
-top to pressure gauge
-bottom to gas tubing
-right is left hand thread 1/4 inch npt
-left is left hand thread 1/4 inch npt

I figured the easiest thing would be to go from 1 to 2 to 3, switching from regular to left hand thread with a 1/4 inch hex nipple. I can't find the part at the welding supply store, because the acetlyene left hand fittings are not the same thread size.

I looked on mcmasster carr, and couldn't find it.

This is not a very weird part I don't think but I can't find it!!!
