I just got done using my new false bottom and my first brew with Warrior hops. I did my favorite #15 of grain - 5 Gallon HG IPA with 1.5 oz's of Warrior and about 1.5 oz's of Cascade.

Brewiz :rockin: hooked my up with the false bottom and it is the goods. Perfect filtering and some wicked whole leaf hop aroma for the whole boil.

I did a 70 minute boil going in with around 8 gallons and hit the "just right" mark on my fermenter with a healthy yeast cake of 1056 just waiting for a late night snack.

This is going to be one awsome beer... Just like the one I'm drinking now... only better!

Sweet! I love the smell of hops boiling in wort.

I have a Stone IPA clone ready to crash cool tomorrow before kegging. It has 1 oz. of Warrior and 2 oz. of Centennial. I still have to dry hop 1 oz. of Centennial when I keg it. It should be a Hop-Head Hoppy Dream.

Enjoy!
