Here is what I have and I ask what would be a good plain old ale, not too hoppy but good flavor. I know how to run the QBrew and such, but would like advice on using up my leftover ingredients to make a good lawnmower beer or something.

.5lb flaked maize
.5lb amber
1.5lb 2 row
.5lb Belgian biscuit
.5lb flaked rice
2lb plain wheat dme
1lb plain light dme
3/4lb each 20l and 40l

.5oz argentinian cascade
.5 oz regular cascade
1oz sterling
.5oz hallertau

Thanks! Hopefully brew tomorrow.
