Hops

1 oz Nugget 60 min 14 Pellet Boil
1 oz Citra 15 min 11 Pellet Boil
1 oz Citra 0 min 11 Pellet Flame out

Yeast

Safale - American Ale Yeast US-05


Mash

Heat 3g water to 168
Mash @ 154 for 60 min
Collect first runnings then drain to kettle
Add 3g mash out @ 170 10 min
Collect first runnings then drain to kettle

I have 1 5 gallon cooler converted to MLT
I have 1 5 gallon brew kettle and 1 3 gallon pot i can use if necessary.

After accounting for all the losses I plan to collect 4 gallons of wort for the boil.
