I am new to washing yeast and was wondering what setting everyone uses on the mrmalty calculator for yeast concentration. After I wash the yeast, I let it settle overnight and decant the liquid. Then I pour it into a graduated cylinder so I can measure exactly how many ml of slurry I am pitching. Theres a factor of 2 difference from the default setting and the thickest setting which I am thinking it is closer to. Any advise?
 
According to jamil, the preset is where it should be if you have left the yeast to compact by it's self in the fridge overnight. He said not to mess with the settings unless you have good reason to.
