2lbs. Clover honey 5-10 min.
1 oz Kent Golding - 60 min
1 oz cascade - 15 min
London Ale yeast wyest

Sp. Grains

GREAT recipe and easy and "fairly" cheap

Well I've only brewed one and it's only been in the fermenter since Saturday. It's Palmer's Port O'Palmer Porter fom "How To Brew". Sure smelled good brewing it up. I guess I'll know in five or six weeks! It's supposed to be similar to Sierra Nevada Porter which is one of my favorites.

Anyone else brewed this one? (Is it okay to post his recipe from the book?)

Im brewing the Vanilla Porter from AHS this weekend so I can let you know in about 2 months if its good. But they have several porters to choose from.

AHS Porters

And I believe all of their kits can be ordered as extract, mini-mash, or all grain. I know everyone Ive looked at is that way. But I have not looked at all 800ish they have to offer.
