Damn, it's getting hot already. I think it's gonna hit triple digits today. So what's better than a goblet full of Saison for breakfast?

Evan, thats awesome. I just put an order in with AHS for a Hefe and an IPA that's going to sit up until Christmas. So I'm hoping next weekend will be my brew day!

Hit the Flanders gravity pretty close...a couple points over (better over than under when you're dealing with a beer that's gonna finish so low, IMHO). The XXX Old Ale is boiling now. Damn, it's just getting hotter by the minute. Ate some bacon, drank some coffee, time for some more Saison. Goddamn, this is a great beer. Methinks I have another menu pulldown recipe....

I'm looking to make a Flanders Red soon myself. What recipe and techniques are you using? Are you using the Roeslare yeast?
