Not sure if anyone here has had it, but I'm looking at cloning Schlafly's Belgian Golden Ale. If you have, you know that it has that wonderful yeast character. I drink (and make) primarily darker beers (porters, stouts, irish red, etc). I was wondering if anyone could evaluated and make any recommendations on how close this would be to their production beer? Any recommendations on how to tweak the recipe to make it better? All help is appreciated.
