I haven't been able to pay attention to my brewing equipment (or even beer in general) because of my schedule these last few months. My cornies are much neglected and in need of a serious clean (I just scrubbed the sh#t out of one to keg a pumpkin ale I brewed in September).

Anyway, to get to the point, what do you all recommend to get the kegs back in CLEAN, working order. I have the new gaskets, but how do I go about getting and left-over, possibly caked-on goodies out for good?

Thanks, as always.

Overnight soak in PBW or Oxiclean free will do wonders for ya. Rinse well afterwards. Use a scoop of Oxiclean Free or 2 Tbls of PBW and some hot water. Pull off your posts and pull out your dip tubes and drop them inside for a soak too.
