infected?!?!

I have little white floaties in my beer! it's filtered beer from a u brew place.....I've been worrying about this beer since it was bottled. the sanitation was lacking during bottling I didn't sanitize the bottles . In my defence I questioned them about sanitizer and they said the way I had washed my bottles was good so we didn't need to sanitize them. I also bottled using a draft beer tap and I have also learned that is wrong too.

Take a look and let me know what you think.....the picture is a little bad. It;s hard to take a picture of floaties through a beer bottle.

Taste it. It won't kill you. Then you'll know for sure. Next time SANITIZE EVERYTHING

just poured it and I can't see it in the glass?!?! It tastes ok. I'm not good identifying off tastes my neighbor said it was fruity if that helps any.

I'm sure it's fine... looks like yeast in suspension to me.

I'll try again in the morning if the sun ever shows itself. It's hard to take a pic of a bottle with a flash.
