I was in Costco (my second home) yesterday in Mesa and saw the 5 gallon (60 lb) container of Crockets clover honey for 109.99. The 6 lb Crockets clover honey is 10.99. No price break for buying it in the larger container. This is a good price. I paid 116.00 for 5 gallons of honey from a bee keeper several weeks ago.
id pay 116 from a bee keeper over 110 from costco... even if freshness wasnt an issue....

I've used the Crockets honey for making a mead. When I racked it over onto the raspberries I took a gravity reading and it tasted quite good.
