A while back I made an oatmeal stout that was good but not great due to an aftertaste. I asked what could cause it and followed some pointers plus fermented at a lower temp . I just tasted my first bottle after 2+ weeks in the bottle and it is WAY better than the original which was pretty damned good! THANKS!!!
