I want to try to get something that's a lot like the 'Quatre Centieme' by Unibroue. It's a strong golden blonde ale that has distinctive honey and ginger tastes.
My brew room has a constant temp between 15-16 degrees Celsius (59ish F). I dont know what kind of yeast, malts etc I should go with.
This'll be my third batch, first not from a can so any help much appreciated....
Cheers
