I have in my freezer:
Organic New Zealand Hallertauer
Magnum
Centennial
Cascade
Goldings

i might go with cascade and magnum, not sure. The person I am brewing this for likes fat tire, any suggestions?
 
Well my Fat Tire recipe has

3/4oz Perle 60min
1/2oz Mt Hood 15min
1/4oz Glacier 5 min

for Hops
Also - Biscuit, Victory and Munich for grain.
 
this is my hop schedule for my amber

0.60 oz Chinook [13.00 %] (60 min)
0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (10 min)
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (10 min)
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (5 min)
0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (0 min)
0.25 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (0 min)
 
7 # belgium 2 row
2 # amber malt
1# munich
8 oz biscuit
8 oz choclate
12 oz 40L Crystal

Wyeast American Ale II 1272

its ordered and will hopefully be brewed this weekend
