I was looking around and saw that wild yeast can be captured from Apple trees. I was wondering if i could capture wild yeast from the Grapefruit, Kumquat, or Orange trees that i have. Cheers
 
Take a bunch of pint jars. Fill them with starter wort (1.030 or so). Take a bit of skin from whatever you want to culture, place the bit in the jars, cover, let ferment, throw out the ones that turn nasty, keep the ones that smell like beer.
