I have two stainless sheets that would be perfect for making a false bottom. sheets are rough cut 17" x 17" square. They are just shy of 1/16" thick with 1/8" holes spaced 1/4" apart. Hi, where can you find this but bigger, My Mash Tun is 21 3/4" dia. How much space can I have around the edge?
