Apparently I need to add a few things to my brew day check list.

1. Check mill gap - changed on its own, the only thing I can think of is that the cold weather in my garage caused some shrinkage

2. Charge drill battery and the backup - hand cranking grain is no fun

3. Rack beer in fermenter before - I was dealing with above issues and didn't notice about a half a pint spill over the top of the keg and onto the floor

It turned out fine in the end. Basically no crush at all. It looked like I just dumped the grain into another bucket. I readjusted it and ran it again but this time by hand.
