hi all i have pressed/pulped and juiced apples and have 27ltrs of juice in 2 wine fermenting tubs with airlocks. tub 1 has had campden tabs then a cider yeast 24hrs later. tub 2 had campden tabs then had nottingham yeast added again 24hrs later. it has been over a week but no froth, the lids do appear to have tightened (gas)? but thats it! does this sound ok or have i ballsed it up any advise or help would be greatly recieved
