I got an O2 tank that was used for welding is this ok to use for aerating my wort

Get yourself a regulator like this too. A number of places sell a unit like this.

I would have given you mine.... hated it. It slow leaked 2 tanks and broke a full erlenmeyer when it decided to spontaneously increase pressure to 3x what it was set it.

I have a cylinder of medical grade O2 and bought a regulator off Amazon. Works like a champ.
