So there I was, about to pitch a vial of WLP013 into a New Albion clone when it sprays everywhere as soon as I crack the lid open. There was barely any left to pitch, but I dumped what little was left. I also added a packet of S04 that I had in the fridge. I've never used WLP013 so I'm curious what the difference in flavor would be with the substitution. Any thoughts?

The recipe (from BYO) is a SMaSH with 2row and cascade, fermentation is in the low 60's since it is sharing my ferm chamber with a kolsch.

from what i remember with the new albion beer, the yeast contribution was light to moderate. the safale 04 will still make a perfectly delectable beer, perhaps a bit more estery than jack made back in the day. but honestly, no worries dude!
