How you able to buy sugar for?

I found a place I can buy it in bulk. $23/50lb bag.
Comes to .46 per pound.
 
That's a decent price, I pick mine up at a local restaurant supply for the same amount.
 
I'm pretty sure Costco has it cheaper than that. The 10 lb bag is $4.59 or $4.79, I forget which. I know they have a 50 lb bag but I haven't checked the price.
