Alright, I need to step up from 5 gallon partials to all grain. I want a ten gallon set up, with a plate chiller, march pump, and preferably 3 keggles.

I want this build to be done once and done correctly. Efficiency is key in terms of brew house, physical space, ease of operation, and time.

I already have a propane burner set aside for this, along with one keg. I'm open to suggestions for everything else ie types of fittings etc. I think I ball parked this build at ~800ish. I'm a mechanic and can very well build the stand myself so I didn't figure that into the cost.

Anyways, advice is welcome.

I love my system. Looked around, and took the best from everyone elses. Definately go gas for simplicity and ease of operation.
