I contacted the Brew Store and was told Too simple Wheat kit was their "American Wheat" style of kit. I tired WLP 320 that was suppose to be an oregon strain. Maybe i fermented it to warm and tasted less of a wedimier type hef much more like a nice crisp banana bread ale (regardless it was delicious). So is WLP 380 a better stain for a nice umf taste that would remind me of the nice citrus notes and less banana. This is the description of WlP 380 on the brew store site.

Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher. Attenuation: 73-80; Flocculation: Low; Optimum Ferm. Temp: 66-70
