7 lbs maris otter
1 lb victory
1 lb crystal 80
1 lb munich
1/2 lb carapils
6 oz chocolate

added 2 tsp gypsum to 3 gallons @ 165 F
Mash in temp was 160 F

Mash for 60 min in converted 5 gallon Igloo mash tun

1.5 oz willamette 60 min boil
.5 oz willamette last 20 min of boil

I'll post how the beer goes

I made a similar brown ale but on the last one I toasted 1 lb of the base malt in my oven instead of using the victory malt. Also my last brown didn't have any munich malt in it. Otherwise the build was the same and the ale was great. Nutty and toasty, good malt to it.
