Think its bad to leave the fermenter next to your bed? I have mine there and was wondering if the levels of CO2 given off are harmful.

Cool, I live in an apartment and unfortunately the coolest spot is right next to my bed.

Lessee, 7# of sugar is 16,000 kalories, divide by seven days, 2,200 per day. Half of which is made into alcohol, the other half into CO2. You eat 2,200 kalories per day. No alcohol production. You will put off twice as much CO2 as your fermenter will, over seven days. Depending on how many meals of beans you eat in that week... in which case, the coolest spot will NOT be right next to your bed.
