I found a recipe for a 5 gallon cream ale online and used beer tools to convert it down to 3 gallons, but to keep it to the style show in beer tools I had to drop the 2 row down to 2 lbs for 3 gallons from 10 lbs for 5 gallons.
Here is the print out from beer tools.
I have the london yeast because I am about to secondary an IPA i have in primary and pitch onto the london yeast cake.
Any suggestions?
