1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar) Yeast-Ale

1.00 oz Cascade [7.20 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops
1.00 oz Centennial [9.00 %] (Dry Hop 7 days) Hops

Let 'er rip until FG is reached. Dry hop for 2 weeks, age another week (to mellow a bit), chill, carb and watch the keg disappear!

This one compares to any good Imperial IPA. My best yet.
