This is a great recipe. I've brewed dozens of batches, but this one is a beauty. The Australian Summer hops are very cascade-like, but with a bit more stone fruit. If you can't get them, go with cascade. But if you can get the Summer, go for it.

7 g gypsum and 5 g cal chl and 1 ml lactic. Targeting 5.35. Calculator called for 2 ml lactic. Got to 5.44. Added another .5 ml and got around 5.37

1.040 preboil gravity.

This beer was super clear out of the fermentor. Wish I had measured kettle ph.
