High and low pressure burners

Can you run a low pressure burner off a standard 25lb tank? A couple supply sites said only for big tanks or Natural gas. I have built my rig and want to incorp some good burners into it instead of the standard Bayous. Dont know much about these so dont want to blow anything up including myself.
