Oakglen Apple Country

I'm going to Oakglen today! Been waiting for this all year. It's harvest time and we're going to pick some oranges, just playing, some apples. Anyway, I'm deffinately going to buy some fresh cider so I can make hard cider. Not gonna use montrachet, thought, I'd like it to be a little sweeter. There was also another post on putting carmel extract. Any thoughts?
