Have an IIPA which has been in the secondary for 2 months. I washed the yeast from this batch. I am wondering if it would be a good idea to decant one of the jars of washed yeast, and add the yeast along w/ priming sugar to bottling bucket and racking on top. I want to make sure it carbs.

Thanks

After two months there is probably more than enough yeast to carb the bottles. If your really worried or if the beer is a high ABV (>9%), then sure you can add some yeast at bottling.
