I'm going to brew something similar to Denny Conn's Rye IPA, but I want to use the hops that I have (cluster, centennial & cascade), so this is what I'm considering:

2 oz Cluster [6.7 % AA] (FWH)
2 oz Centennial [8.8 % AA] (60 min)
2 oz Cascade [5.4 % AA] (30 min)
2 oz Cascade [5.4 % AA] (Flameout)
2 oz Centennial [8.8 % AA] (Dry Hop)

Recipe Specifications
--------------------------
Batch Size: 10.00 gal
Boil Size: 13.00 gal
Estimated OG: 1.073
Estimated FG: 1.013
Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
22 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 67.69 %
6 lbs Rye Malt (4.7 SRM) Grain 18.46 %
2.50 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 7.69 %
1.0 lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 3.08 %
1.0 lbs Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 3.08 %

Does the hop schedule look okay?

Cravej,

I actually brewed nearly the exact same beer two weeks ago. I did 23% Rye in grain bill and OG 1.073, FG 1.16. Here was my hop schedule.

S Warrior 17.2 % 1.00 oz 51.7 Loose Pellet Hops 70 Min From End
US Centennial 9.1 % 0.50 oz 13.7 Loose Pellet Hops 70 Min From End
US Cascade 7.4 % 0.50 oz 11.1 Loose Pellet Hops 70 Min From End
US Amarillo 9.1 % 2.00 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops At turn off
US Centennial 8.5 % 1.00 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops At turn off
US Cascade 4.5 % 0.50 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops At turn off
US Cascade 4.5 % 1.00 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops Dry-Hopped

Tasting the beer during rerack is very promising. Let me know how yours turns out.

Edit: This was for a 5-gallon recipe.

Move the 30 minute addition to 10 minutes or so. You'll get more flavor from it. The rye itself adds a nice unique sort of spiciness itself.
