The wit recipe I am making calls for toasted coriander. Is the brewers best coriander seeds toasted? If not should I bother to do so? How would you go about toasting them?

I don't believe they are toasted.
If your trying to recreate a recipe, then toast away!
I'd start at 250 for about 30 min and then taste them against the untoasted ones.

Looks like I will be toasting them. Seems to be simple enough and maximizes the spice and so on . Thanks.
