UK beer distrbution network

Hello all,
I'm working on a project for a college class right now and I want to explain the differences between the US three tier distribution system and what happens in the UK. I know the general gist of the distribution network for the UK however this has to be a scholarly paper and thus I need good sources (psh who needs sources in real life anyway :cross I've spent some time researching the topic but I am finding information somewhat hard to come by. I believe I'm just not looking in the right places. Who better to know about this issue then a bunch of beer fans? If anyone has some information they can throw my way in the form of links to credible sites I would be very thankful to you.

I have nothing to offer, sorry. It's gotta be hard to find evidence of a network as such. I suppose you are wanting info related to brewery owned pubs and supplies to "Free houses" ?

You're going to find plenty of secondary online sources but they won't be scholarly sources so you'll have to evaluate them.
