I new to this. Im trying to make a blonde of sorts.

Am I going to get to much body with the warmer mash (I have done most at around 65c (149F)) and the carapils/munich combo?
 
It depends what type of blonde you are after.
Blonde generally describes the colour and not a lot else.
I've had light summery blondes and big hoppy blondes.
If I was going for a full bodied blonde I'd want to up the IBUs

Why this specific recipe if you don't know what you'll get?
Why only one hop addition?
