Anyone brewing today? (silly question I know) I'm trying my first American Wheat - partial mash is going as I type:

Batch Size: 3.25 gal
Boil Size: 2.60 gal
Estimated OG: 1.048 SG
Estimated Color: 4.5 SRM
Estimated IBU: 31.8 IBU
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:

0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.00 %] (5 min) Hops 4.4 IBU
4.00 gm Orange Zest (dehydrated) (Boil 5.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs American Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs #WLP32Yeast-Wheat
 
I'm adding some Koji to my first batch of sake tonight in preperation for the next addition of rice and water tomorrow night, can't manage too much more than that on a Wednesday night.
